Jistix is a compliance operating system designed for Saudi logistics. The platform provides tools for ZATCA e-invoicing, HS code classification, freight quoting, SABER document preparation, and FASAH customs declaration preparation. Jistix is operated by Borderless Distribution Network (Pylox), registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Users must provide accurate company information including valid Commercial Registration (CR) numbers, VAT registration numbers, and business contact details. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users must not use the platform for any illegal activities or to circumvent Saudi regulatory requirements.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to the Companies Law, Anti-Commercial Concealment Law, Value Added Tax Law, and Customs Law. Jistix provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee regulatory approval.
Jistix provides e-invoicing tools compatible with ZATCA Phase 2 requirements. However, Jistix does not guarantee that generated invoices will be accepted by ZATCA systems. Users are responsible for verifying their e-invoicing compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority directly. ZATCA certificates and signing keys remain the property and responsibility of the user.
All user data is processed and stored in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure within approved regions. We do not sell user data to third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Jistix provides its services on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Jistix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
